blog

No blog in ages, this is how demanding an acupuncture degree can be. But it’s been a while since I graduated – March this year! I now have needles in my repertoire and a Chinese medicine perspective on health and wellbeing.

Why I did it? I stumbled across acupuncture six years ago and went on to experience the benefits of treatment. An amazing way to encourage the body to balance itself. I recommended it to clients so often that one day I realised I might as well learn it myself.

Why you might want acupuncture
Acupuncture is worth considering for most physical and emotional conditions, anything that doesn’t require surgery. It offers a holistic approach if you suffer with specific symptoms or conditions, want to manage pain, or are just generally unwell, in need of strengthening and balancing. It is also popular in the fertility domain. Talk to me to find out how it can make a difference for you.

And yes, I do the facial version too!
Back in the days, the Chinese Empress and the Emperor’s concubines had acupuncture for rejuvenation and anti-ageing. Fantastic alternative to botox or fillers! It can also enhance overall health and wellbeing and ends with some of Akana’s lovely Natural ‘Face Lift’ massage – so almost like three treatments in one! Contact me for a free 15-minute telephone consultation.

Where I practise
I run two brand new clinics, one in Chobham and one in North Ascot. Please tell your family and friends.

And check out the new acu blog on my Chobham Acupuncture website if you would like a stronger Chinese medicine slant!
